Kalahari Coiled Rattan Stool

A sculptural, almost spherical accent piece built entirely from coiled rattan spirals. The Kalahari is composed of concentric swirls — a large flat spiral forming the seat, with smaller coiled medallions set into the rounded sides — all held within a curved bentwood cage and bound with fine cane wrapping at every joint. The result is a piece that reads as much as art object as furniture: open, airy, and full of shadow play when light passes through it. Use it as a low stool, a footrest, a plant stand, or simply as a striking textural accent in a corner.
